This course is geared towards management and supervisory level employees. This is not a Leadership course, and its aim is not to develop focused leadership ability. The aim of this course is to enhance the Leadership ability to motivate, energize and support an organizations employees towards commitment.
Participants identify known aspects of their leadership and management styles and how it historically affects their team. Participants then learn how to modify their behavioural style to influence the desired, appropriate behaviors in their employees, while instilling the motivational needs of their employees towards commitment. Managers will also discuss strategies on how to monitor and acknowledge employee improvements while dealing effectively with non-committal-performers.
This course is a one day management workshop program focused on building the skills for employee motivation towards commitment.
