This program focuses on the understanding of commitment, and how the corporate culture and environment can be established that supports and produces commitment from both its leaders and employees. An understanding of what behavioural commitment is, how it applies to behaviour and work ethics, how it can be a motivator to excellence within the work place, and the benefits to an organization that are gained from this program.
This is a workshop participation program; participants learn and design strategies for the implementation of "Corporate Cultural Commitment" and maintenance.
This course is a one day workshop style program focused on building the basics for a corporate culture that fosters and supports commitment.
